Orders Payment Method CycleChargeAll accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card,Discover and Diners Club. Please note that you must be in possession of the card in order to place an order. Shipping We try to ship our products out as soon as we can in order to get them to you in time for your next ride! If we do not ship it the same day that the order was placed, rest assure, all products will be shipped 1-2 business days after order is received. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Order Status To check the status of your order, enter the Order Number found on your receipt and click on the "Check Status" button. Return Policy Our products are guaranteed to fully function and work as advertised, if for some reason you receive a broken or damaged product, you can return it with its original packaging within 10 days of the day it was received and we will replace it free of charge. Cancellation Policy Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes or cancellations are not always possible. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will do everything possible to accommodate the request.
