9. How long will the order take?

Usually ships in 1 to 2 days.

10. My battery is dead do I need to push start or get under the seat to jump start my bike?

No, simply open your trunk attach the jumper cable attachment via quick connect and attach to a 12v power supply such as a car battery and you can now start your bike.

No need to take off on your seat. Just disconnect the jumper cable from your car and disconnect the quick connect cable and your done, close your trunk and you can zoom away.

11. My battery needs charging do I need to lift up my seat to put the cables on the battery?

No. Simply connect the battery charger to the quick connect cable and thats it. Charge your battery overnight, no problem the charger has a floating charge meaning you can charge safely because when your battery is fully charged the indicator light on the charger turns from red to green.

12. If I am with a friend thats on another bike will I still be able to jump start my bike?

Yes. If your friend also has the quick connect cable installed on his/her bike. Simply connect the bike to bike cable to both bikes and start start your bike. Thats it! The Bike to bike makes it easy. No need to take both bikes apart to get to the batteries!

13. How big are the cables?

It can fit in your pant pocket or in the palm of you hand.

14. Are there more accesories available?

Yes, we are currently developing new products. Unique motorcycle products that will work with the quick connect cable. Please check back soon!

15. Can I use my radar detector?

Yes. Some of our customers connect it to their radar detectors.
